Establish a good dental routine that includes daily brushing and flossing. Your dental health actually affects your entire body's health much more than you'd suspect. If you floss every day, you'll increase your chances of living longer--possibly by years. For best dental health, use a soft bristled brush, floss gently, and rinse after each session.
Try to eat fresh fruit and vegetables daily. Food that was recently picked is the best. Fresh produce is packed with vitamins, nutrients, enzymes, and fiber – all things that feed your body and promote good health.
Eliminate one bad habit a year. Choose just one, and focus on it until you’ve mastered it that year. Some suggestions are: quit smoking, quit eating highly processed foods, stop overindulging with alcohol, or the like. Everyone knows what their vices are.
