You want to detox, but you don’t want to buy an over-the-counter detox or cleanse kit. This natural detox plan is easy and gradual, making it easy to stick to. It’s best to follow this detox plan over the course of a week. On Monday and Tuesday, you'll want to begin your cleanse by eliminating sugar and fats from your meal plan.
